- ご利用のカード会社により、外貨決済手数料が発生する場合があります。
- Shipping for the quarterly Kyoto box is included in your membership.
- Your dried harvest itself is covered by your membership. Only its shipping is billed separately, at cost, and varies with weight and destination.
- Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
- Your card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee.

デポジット US$50 は、初回のご請求額に充当します。
- The US$50 deposit is charged when you reserve.
- MONTHLY — billed each month, starting the month your log is inoculated.
- THE WHOLE LOG — charged once, the month your log is inoculated.
The US$50 deposit is credited against your first charge.

- 原木の確保とネームプレートの取り付け：当該シーズンの植菌時に実施します。
- マンスリーレポート（デジタル）：毎月お届けします。
- 京都のギフトボックス：植菌から最初の発生までの間、四半期ごとにお届けします。
- 乾しいたけ：発生後は、ギフトボックスに代えて、収穫のたびにお届けします。原木が朽ちるまで、およそ3年間続きます。
しいたけの発生時期は自然条件により変動し、日付を保証するものではありません。植菌から最初の発生までは、通常1〜2回の生育シーズンを要します。
- Your log is reserved and the engraved plate fitted at the time of that season's inoculation.
- Monthly reports (digital) — sent every month.
- The Kyoto box — sent every quarter, from inoculation until your log first fruits.
- Dried shiitake — once your log wakes, this takes the place of the quarterly box and continues after every harvest, for about three years.
Shiitake appear on nature's schedule and no date is guaranteed. A newly inoculated log typically wakes after one to two full growing seasons.
- デポジットの返金Deposit refund
- メンバーシップ開始前であれば、理由を問わずいつでも US$50 全額を返金します。上記メールアドレスへご連絡ください。
The US$50 deposit is refundable in full, for any reason, at any time before memberships begin. Write to the email address above.
- 解約・返品Cancellation and returns

- MONTHLY：契約期間の定めはなく、いつでも解約できます。解約は上記メールアドレスへのご連絡にて承ります。次回請求日の前日までにご連絡いただいた場合、以降の請求は発生しません。お支払い済みの月額分の日割り返金は行いません。
- THE WHOLE LOG：決済後1週間以内にご連絡いただいた場合、全額を返金します。それ以降の返金は承っておりません。
- 商品の性質上、お届けした食品のお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
- 破損・品違いがあった場合は、到着後7日以内に上記メールアドレスへご連絡ください。代替品の発送または返金にて対応します。
- MONTHLY — no minimum term; cancel at any time by emailing the address above. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Part-months already paid are not refunded.
- THE WHOLE LOG — refunded in full if you write to us within 7 days of payment. No refund is available after that.
- Because the goods are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
